ABOUT US
Schofields Scorpions Baseball club is run by volunteers who have a passion for Baseball.
Baseball is a great sport for all ages and fitness levels, great for improving hand-eye coordination and a good environment to learn new skills.
We have both Junior and Senior teams in Tee-ball, Mod-ball and Live Ball competitions.
Come and visit us at our ground - Peel Reserve at The Ponds! We'd love for you to join our club.
TEE BALL
AGES 4 TO 7
Players hit off of a tee to play Tee-Ball. Tee-Ball is a great introduction to the fundamentals of playing baseball.
MOD BALL
AGES 8 TO 9
Mod Ball or Modified Baseball. In Mod Ball, the coaches gently pitch to the players. This is to increase the players eye-hand coordination and understanding of how to play baseball.

LIVE BALL
AGES 10 TO 16
In Live Ball the players now pitch to the opposing teams. Coaches are still available to help the players during the game, coaching the players from a distance. To ensure the players get the most out of the game, each individual player is graded to ensure that they play on teams with similar capabilities.
SENIORS BASEBALL
AGES 15+
Seniors baseball is a competition open to both men and women of all abilities to play baseball.
