To claim you Active Kids voucher, complete your government registration on the Service NSW website by visiting https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher
Please contact the club via email at Schofields.Scorpions@gmail.com or call us on the Stinger Phone on 0410 258 350 to let us know you have registered. The club will be in touch shortly after with next steps.
Active Kids Vouchers are not processed until you have added your payment type and completed the registration process by selecting PAY NOW.
If you have started a registration, added your Active Kids Voucher Details and then stopped, your laptop died, internet dropped out etc when you start the registration process again the system will say the Active Kids Voucher has been used – it has not. Your Active Kids Voucher will sit in limbo after its validity has been checked – however it will not be processed until the PAY NOW button is used.
At this point you can do 1 of 3 things …
Wait 24 hours. The voucher hold will be released and will become available again for use.
Re-register using a private or incognito browser and complete the registration.

The total registration fee includes Club fee, Baseball Australia fee, NSW Baseball fee and The Hills association fee. The club fee covers a new hat for every new registration, the use of a playing shirt for the season and the use of our team kits. The playing shirt is to be returned to the Club at the end of season presentation.
